Hey Foodee fam! We’re bringing the flavor HEAT this weekend with a special pop-up evening menu that’s all about Asian fusion, Foodees style — and it’s happening this Friday & Saturday from 4PM to 8PM!

We got inspired by the incredible depth of flavor across Asian cultures and decided to remix those bold sauces and fresh ingredients with our own allergen-friendly, plant-based twist. This one’s for the flavor chasers, the sauce lovers, and everyone who just wants to eat something different and damn delicious.

Plated Vibes 🍽️

Perfect for when you wanna sit down and treat yourself right.

1. Oyster Mushroom Dumplings 🥟🍄

We’re talkin’ handmade-from-scratch dumplings with local ‘shrooms from The Mushroom Man (yep, that’s his name and he’s a legend). Served in a sesame sauce with carrots, cabbage & edamame, plus a side of our tangy, funky housemade Nuac Cham.

Dumpling dreams are real.

2. Charred Napa Cabbage 🥬🔥

This one is smoky, sweet, and spicy with our Agave Gochujang glaze, and finished with toasted chili pistachios. It’s a wild combo — and it works.

3. The Jump Out Bowl 🥗

A wild card rice bowl with fresh carrots, cucumber, radish, edamame & avocado — served with seasoned Nishiki riceand a bold, sweet-savory Japanese BBQ sauce. It’s crunchy, creamy, saucy, and satisfying.

Vietnamese-Inspired Ginger Mushroom Pho 🌿🍄

Light, cozy, and packed with flavor — this pho is like springtime in a bowl. Aromatic broth, tender mushrooms, and a warm gingery finish.

We leveled up the mousse! This one’s extra creamy with dark chocolate, white chocolate chips, and a glossy drizzle of chocolate sauce.
